Warranty & returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer the following warranty and returns policy.
MoldBrothers provides a warranty on all products purchased directly from our website or by Custom request. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. If you experience any issues with your MoldBrothers product during this time, please contact us immediately and provide your proof of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or care, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. We also reserve the right to determine whether a product is covered under warranty or not.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your MoldBrothers product, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us at email@example.com to initiate the return process.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition and include all original packaging and accessories. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
MoldBrothers will cover the cost of return shipping for customers within the EU. Customers outside of the EU will be responsible for their own return shipping costs. We also reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return criteria.
All warranty claims and returns are subject to Dutch and European law. Any disputes between MoldBrothers and our customers will be settled in accordance with Dutch and European law.
