Sweet as a Rose
Together with Grégoire Berger, we developed the Realistic Rose Mold—based on a 3D scan of an actual rose.
Since real rose petals are super thin and delicate, we made a few subtle design tweaks to make the mold practical for kitchen use without losing its natural beauty. Fill it with a fermented rose petal syrup crémeux and finish it off with a light cocoa velvet spray—just enough to bring out those gorgeous red petal details. 🌹
