This beetroot tuile was developed in collaboration with our TestKitchen. It is a highly detailed tuile where you can even see the veins of the leaf! This tuile is easy to release and thus perfect for making a beet-inspired tuile.
Ingredients for the Beetroot Tuille
300 grams of cooked beetroot
35 grams of trisol
50 grams of isomalt
10 grams of glucose
50 grams of flour
Method
Mix all ingredients except the flour until a smooth batter forms, then add the flour. Bake the tuille for 20 minutes at 130 degrees Celsius. Remove it while still hot—voila, you’re done!
