One Tool, Endless Possibilities
In 2019, while training for Chef of the Year, Filip Bendi envisioned cutting a vegetable at an angle so it would form a seamless ring—still in one piece. After weeks of practice in a winter kitchen near Oslo, he mastered the technique. This tool brings that moment to your hands. With the angle and depth built in, it removes the guesswork and opens up new creative possibilities—from rings to teardrops, S-curves to spirals. Use it on carrots, parsnips, asparagus, or pumpkin, raw or cooked. One cut, endless potential.
