Better with Butter

This ribbed cylinder bowl is a beautiful abstract shape for your new butter! Whip up some butter with your paddle attachment in the KitchenAid. Lightly heat the outside with a torch to let it soften slightly. Fill the mold carefully, tap it firmly on your work surface, and freeze it in your (shock) freezer until rock solid! You can, of course, infuse the butter with flavors. You can give it also an extra kick by filling it with a delicious oil or another liquid. Let’s spread the love!
