We’ve been wanting to release an Oyster Tuile Mold for a long time. When we think of oysters, the first thing that comes to mind is, of course, Zilte***. Chef Viki Geunes’ restaurant and its iconic logo were the perfect inspiration for us to turn into a Tuile Mold. We went back and forth between two sizes—couldn’t decide—so we’re giving you both. One’s slightly larger, made to drape beautifully over an oyster shell. The other is smaller and pairs well with all kinds of elements. Endless freedom—creativity’s all yours!

About the Chef
Viki Geunes, a self-taught culinary talent, turned his passion into perfection through instinct, discipline, and relentless dedication. In 1996, he opened ‘t Zilte, which later became Zilte — now a gastronomic landmark atop the MAS in Antwerp. With refined creativity and his family by his side, he earned three Michelin stars in 2021. Since then, Zilte continues to shine as a symbol of Belgian gastronomy, where craftsmanship and emotion meet on every plate.
