If you colour your tuille batter with some squid-ink paste the tuille will be more visible and therefore more dramatic on your dish. In addition, the high-quality food-grade silicone material of the mold makes it durable and safe for repeated use. The small size of the mold allows for precise portion control, ensuring consistent presentation every time.
