This high-quality silicone mold, shaped like a realistic sea urchin ice sculpture, is specifically designed for serving caviar. The mold features 1 shape and is made from 100% food-grade silicone. It can withstand temperatures ranging from -40°C to +200°C, making it suitable for use in both (shock) freezers and ovens.
