In collaboration with Chef Mike Cornelissen from the Michelin-starred restaurant Rijnzicht, we developed the Hazel Leaf Tuille Mold. Mike wanted a tuille in the shape of a hazel leaf that you could see through. The innovative culinary style of Mike is reflected in the design of this mold. Despite the many transparent areas, this mold has a substantial appearance, which immediately catches the eye.
The Hazel Leaf Tuille Mold is not only visually stunning but also highly functional. Its unique design allows for an even baking process and easy release of the tuilles.
