A quenelle is perhaps one of the most common shapes in gastronomy. Quenelles can be handcrafted with a spoon, but they can also be perfectly shaped using silicone molds. We have sought out what we consider to be the perfect quenelle. This versatile double mold can be used for everything from amuse-bouche to main courses
