Jules Cooking collaborated with MoldBrothers to create a Swiss Mountain Dessert recipe that showcases the use of their dessert molds. The recipe features a layered combination of chocolate cake, meringue, and cream, which is then molded into a spherical shape using a MoldBrothers sphere mold. The dessert is then decorated with edible gold leaf and served with a side of berry coulis. The collaboration emphasizes the importance of presentation in the culinary world and encourages experimentation with new techniques and tools. Check the recipe video here.
A high-quality silicone mold with the shape of a Mountain Landscape. The molds contain 4 shapes each and are made of 100% food grade silicone.
The mold can withstand a temperature between -40 °C and +200 °C. The mold is therefore suitable for both the (shock) freezer and the oven.
