A proposito dello chef
Håkon Solbakk, originario di Trøndelag, in Norvegia, ha sviluppato il proprio stile culinario grazie a un profondo legame con gli ingredienti locali e la cucina nordica. Il suo talento e la sua precisione lo hanno portato a diventare capo chef dello Speilsalen presso il Britannia Hotel di Trondheim, dove dirige una cucina premiata con una stella Michelin incentrata su creazioni tecniche e sapori nordici.
Membro della Nazionale norvegese di cucina, Håkon ha rappresentato la Norvegia nelle competizioni culinarie di più alto livello, tra cui il Bocuse d’Or. Nel 2022 è stato incoronato “Chef nordico dell’anno”.
