Our Cilinder stencil doesn’t look like a cilinder yet. Spread a some tuillebatter or a mixture of vegetable puree, isomalt and glucose over the stencil and dry at 120 degrees celsius. After one hour you can gently shape the cilinders around one of our punchers or a rolling pin.

This Cylinder Stencil made of 1 mm thick acrylic and can be used to spread thin tuilles for example, isomalt or meringue.
The stencil is not dishwasher safe. We recommend rinsing the stencil with lukewarm water (40°C) without using any cleaning agents.
