These Torsade Molds emerged while experimenting with twisted volumes for butter applications. A shape defined by movement and tension, without becoming decorative. Clean, resolved and instantly readable on the plate.

Suitable for butter, mousse, crèmeux and hybrid preparations. Available in Large and Small, designed to work both independently and together. The Small fits inside the Large, allowing for layered dessert builds with multiple flavors and textures. One clear cut-through, full control over structure and finish.
