Built to Stand

This Taco Baking Tool was developed out of frustration. Freshly baked or shaped tacos that fall over during service simply do not work.

This tool allows you to bake your tacos perfectly upright and evenly golden. It keeps the shape stable during baking, so you get a straight, controlled result every time.

For example, use filo pastry. Cut 5 to 6 cm circles, layer three sheets, place them in the Taco Shaper and bake under light pressure. The result is a perfectly formed single bite taco that stays upright on the plate.
