Ribbled Sphere
The Ribble Bombe Mold is a fresh alternative to the standard smooth sphere mats.
It is ideal for testing the signature meringue from our Test Kitchen and Jules Cooking, inspired by the legendary “Aerated Beetroot” from The Fat Duck. The ribbed surface adds structure and light reflection, giving the shape more character.
It can also be used independently as a small insert or centerpiece in a tartlet or single bite.
