Say cheese
Does this shape look familiar? Inspired by our existing Parmigiano Mold, we translated its recognizable texture into a larger tuille sheet. Designed for high-volume service, the larger format allows chefs to create multiple tuilles from a single bake. Once baked, it is up to you how to use it: cut, tear or roll it. See our Parmesan Tuille recipe to see how to create a tuille using cheese as the main ingredient.
