A 28 × 36.5 cm Honey Grid Tuille Sheet designed to fit directly onto a gastronorm tray. The sheet allows chefs to prepare multiple tuilles on one larger surface, reducing the need to prepare them one–by–one. The mold is made from our high-quality blue silicone and is 100% food-grade. It withstands temperatures from -40°C to +200°C, making itsuitable for both (shock) freezers and ovens.
