Product description

Our aluminium meringue stamp has the shape of a ribbed disk and creates a clean, crisp meringue form. Produced in the Netherlands from food-safe aluminium. The handle allows the stamp to be used safely when dipping it into liquid nitrogen.

Please note: this product is suitable for freezing only. It is not suitable for heating.
