Bocuse Butterfly Mold
Masterful cooking sometimes seems magical. Fairy-tale ingredients are presented in fabulous ways. This was also the case with chef Brian Mark Hanssen. He asked us to create a butterfly mold, inspired by the fairy tales of Hans Christian Andersen. The end result contributed to his dish with which he won the prestigious Bocuse D’or prize. We are proud to present this collaboration in our webshop.

Brian Mark Hansen
Brian Mark Hansen, a prominent Danish culinary artist, has a distinctive style honed as head chef at Ruths Hotel, Kong Hans Kælder, Christiansholm, and Søllerød Kro. He has earned several awards, including second place in the “Chef of the Year 2010” and “Bocuse d´Or Denmark 2013” competitions. He has also won accolades for his venison, lobster, and pork dishes. As head chef, he has retained Søllerød Kro’s MICHELIN Guide star, and the restaurant was named Restaurant of the Year in Den Danske Spiseguide 2018.
