The sakura blossom, one of our favorite flowers, is now finally available as a mold! This small yet versatile shape can be used for various purposes. Use the sakura blossom individually as a component, or create a circular flower, as shown in the image above. Fill the mold with your favorite cremeux, chiboust, panna cotta, etc.- and then fill it with your favorite broth or coulis once again.
