High-quality product set for making an outstanding Pithivier, developed in collaboration with Ron McKinlay. The Pithivier Dome Mold includes one shape and is made from 100% food-grade silicone. It can handle temperatures from -40°C to +200°C, making it perfect for use in both the (shock) freezer and oven. The set also comes with pastry cutters to cut the dough to the right shape. The cutters are food-safe but not dishwasher-safe. We recommend washing them in lukewarm water without using detergent. *You will also receive a printed recipe card by Chef Ron McKinlay with his recipe for “Chicken and Mushroom” Pithivier.
