Circular bases

Making rings on a turntable? Classic technique. But going for thin, off-center rings… that’s where it gets a bit tricky, especially when service is in full swing.

The Circle Platform Mold is perfect for dosing sauce on the plate and is especially suited for dishes with a more spacious plating style. Fill the mold with a vegetable flan or a smooth cream, and use the platform for vinaigrettes, jus, or other sauces.

With its fully enclosed base, every element releases cleanly and keeps its shape, plate after plate.
