Pop of flavor
Inspired by the edible poppy seed, we created a mold that celebrates one of summer’s most vibrant flowers. The bright petals add color, while the seeds bring a nutty flavor that pairs well with ingredients like lemon. In the mold set, we separated the petals and centre so chefs can combine different flavors and textures within the dessert.
