Inspired by the sunflower seed, we created a mold based on one of summer’s most recognizable flowers. Its bright yellow petals and textured, seed-filled core recreate the familiar shape of the sunflower. Fill the core with a fresh crémeux and use the subtle nutty flavor of sunflower seeds to create different flavors and textures within the dessert.
