We’d been wanting to do something with an abstract, stackable flower shape for a while. This pressing kit finally ticks all the boxes. First to try it were chefs Jordan Talbot (La Réserve, Paris***) and Eric Verbauwhede (Restaurant Pic***). After seeing what they made, we knew — this one belongs on the webshop. Use the clover-like flowers on their own or layered up, floral and light or more classic with chocolate for example.
