Product description

High-quality silicone molds shaped like a quenelle. One mold is the quenelle itself, with an inlay for broth, oil, or other components. The other mold is a tuille mold that fits perfectly on your Dimple Quenelle! The molds have 5 and 6 shapes, and both molds are made from 100% food-grade silicone.

These molds are capable of withstanding temperatures ranging from -40°C to +200°C, making them suitable for use in both (shock) freezers and ovens.
