A signature for one
The Hunter Chicken has been one of Alex Dilling’s signature dishes for years. First served during his time as head chef at The Greenhouse** in London and now available for other chefs. The original Hunter Chicken is created for two guests and split before serving. We wanted to keep its iconic shape complete, but make it possible to serve it to one guest. Together with Alex, we created the Hunter Chicken Single Serving. The smaller format lets you serve the complete shape as an individual portion, making it ideal for events and tasting menus.
