Over time, we released multiple honey-inspired molds. All resulted in beautiful creations by chefs around the world. So, when we had this idea about square presses with SolidSil, we did not have to think any longer: the first one we release should be a realistic honey press surface.
This Pressing Mold is one of our most versatile molds. It allows you to shape meringue, glass-like crisps, tuilles, and more. Due to its square shape you can cut out squares, circles and quadrilaterals.
