High-quality silicone molds and a stencil for making a life-like corn. The pressing mold features a single shape, the interior mold eight shapes and the stencil 42 shapes.

El propio molde es capaz de soportar temperaturas que oscilan entre -40 °C y +200 °C, por lo que es apto tanto para congeladores (de choque) como para hornos. A-Maize-ing Snack!

This press is perfect for making a corn snack. It is an easy press to use with the right recipe. Mike, the head chef at Restaurant Rijnzicht*, has written an accessible recipe, which is provided below!

Ingredients
300 grams of warm-cooked corn
35 grams of Trisol
50 grams of isomalt
10 grams of glucose

Method
Combine all ingredients in a thermo blender. If the corn is not warm, set the thermo blender to a higher temperature. Blend at high speed for about 5 minutes untill smooth, add salt to taste. Pour the batter onto a silicone mat with the stencil on top. Remove the stencil and bake the rectangular shapes in the oven at 100 degrees Celsius for approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. Remove the corn shapes from the silicone baking mat. Heat the press with the shape for a minute, then press the shapes together firmly using a kitchen towel. Dust with powder to your liking; we used a gold color and found it very appealing. Enjoy!
