The perfect pour
Give your menu a twist. Literally! The Tourbillon Mold features a rotating design with deep grooves that allow sauce, bouillon or coulis to flow through the entire shape. Fill it with your favorite mousse or crémeux, then finish by pouring your sauce and watch it follow every curve. A finishing touch that becomes part of the presentation.
