H\u00e5kon Solbakk, afkomstig uit Tr\u00f8ndelag, Noorwegen, heeft zijn culinaire stijl ontwikkeld vanuit een diepe verbondenheid met lokale ingredi\u00ebnten en de Noordse keuken. Dankzij zijn talent en precisie is hij uitgegroeid tot chef-kok bij Speilsalen in het Britannia Hotel in Trondheim, waar hij leiding geeft aan een met een Michelinster bekroonde keuken die zich richt op technische creaties en Noordse smaken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
