Klop in een aparte kom het ei, de groentebouillon of het water, het bier en de zaadolie door elkaar. Voeg het vloeibare mengsel toe aan de droge ingredi\u00ebnten en mix tot er een glad beslag ontstaat. Laat het beslag minstens 30 minuten rusten in de koelkast.Verhit zaadolie in een kleine pan tot 135\u00b0C. Plaats de taartstempel in de olie en laat hem heet worden.
