Over de chef-kok<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Filip August Bendi, uit Sandnes, begon zijn culinaire carri\u00e8re in 2006 bij restaurant Tango in Stavanger. Zijn talent en passie leidden hem naar gerenommeerde keukens als Noma, Mathias Dahlgren's Matsalen en Daniel in New York. Terug in Noorwegen werd hij chef-kok bij NB S\u00f8rensen Annen Etage en later creatief ontwikkelaar bij Thon Hotels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Filip maakt sinds 2015 deel uit van het Noorse nationale culinaire team en werd in 2021 gekroond tot chef-kok van het jaar van Noorwegen. In 2023 leidde hij Noorwegen naar de tweede plaats in de Bocuse d'Or en won hij ook de prijs voor beste commis, waarmee hij zijn plaats tussen de topchefs van de wereld verstevigde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
