Na vijf jaar met haar groep te hebben gewerkt, waarvan vier jaar in een met twee Michelinsterren bekroond restaurant in Lausanne, opende hij zijn eigen patisserie, The <a href=\"https:\/\/thesweetsage.com\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/thesweetsage.com\/\">Zoete Salie<\/a>in Lausanne in 2023. Hier laat hij zijn creativiteit en verfijnde smaak zien en benadrukt hij de essentie van elk ingredi\u00ebnt.
