H\u00e5kon Solbakk, originario di Tr\u00f8ndelag, in Norvegia, ha sviluppato il proprio stile culinario grazie a un profondo legame con gli ingredienti locali e la cucina nordica. Il suo talento e la sua precisione lo hanno portato a diventare capo chef dello Speilsalen presso il Britannia Hotel di Trondheim, dove dirige una cucina premiata con una stella Michelin incentrata su creazioni tecniche e sapori nordici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Membro della Nazionale norvegese di cucina, H\u00e5kon ha rappresentato la Norvegia nelle competizioni culinarie di pi\u00f9 alto livello, tra cui il Bocuse d\u2019Or. Nel 2022 \u00e8 stato incoronato \u201cChef nordico dell\u2019anno\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n
