Filip August Bendi, originario di Sandnes, ha iniziato la sua carriera culinaria al ristorante Tango di Stavanger nel 2006. Il suo talento e la sua passione lo hanno portato a lavorare in cucine rinomate come Noma, Matsalen di Mathias Dahlgren e Daniel a New York. Tornato in Norvegia, \u00e8 diventato capo chef al NB S\u00f8rensen Annen Etage e successivamente sviluppatore creativo presso i Thon Hotels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Membro della Squadra Nazionale Norvegese di Cucina dal 2015, Filip \u00e8 stato incoronato Chef dell'Anno della Norvegia nel 2021. Nel 2023 ha portato la Norvegia al secondo posto al Bocuse d'Or, vincendo anche il premio come miglior commis, consolidando il suo posto tra i migliori chef del mondo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
