H\u00e5kon Solbakk aus Tr\u00f8ndelag, Norwegen, entwickelte seinen kulinarischen Stil durch eine tiefe Verbundenheit mit regionalen Zutaten und der nordischen K\u00fcche. Sein Talent und seine Pr\u00e4zision f\u00fchrten ihn zum Posten des Chefkochs im \u201eSpeilsalen\u201c des Britannia Hotels in Trondheim, wo er eine mit einem Michelin-Stern ausgezeichnete K\u00fcche leitet, deren Schwerpunkt auf technischen Kreationen und nordischen Aromen liegt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Als Mitglied der norwegischen Nationalmannschaft im Kochsport hat H\u00e5kon Norwegen bei Kochwettbewerben auf h\u00f6chstem Niveau vertreten, darunter auch beim Bocuse d\u2019Or. Im Jahr 2022 wurde er zum \u201eNordischen Koch des Jahres\u201c gek\u00fcrt.<\/p>\n\n\n
