Filip August Bendi aus Sandnes begann seine kulinarische Karriere 2006 im Restaurant Tango in Stavanger. Sein Talent und seine Leidenschaft f\u00fchrten ihn in renommierte K\u00fcchen wie das Noma, das Matsalen von Mathias Dahlgren und das Daniel in New York. Nach seiner R\u00fcckkehr nach Norwegen wurde er Chefkoch in der NB S\u00f8rensen Annen Etage und sp\u00e4ter kreativer Entwickler bei Thon Hotels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Filip ist seit 2015 Mitglied der norwegischen Kochnationalmannschaft und wurde 2021 zum norwegischen Koch des Jahres gek\u00fcrt. Im Jahr 2023 f\u00fchrte er Norwegen beim Bocuse d'Or auf den zweiten Platz und gewann auch die Auszeichnung f\u00fcr den besten Commis, was seinen Platz unter den Spitzenk\u00f6chen der Welt festigte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dieses vom preisgekr\u00f6nten Koch Filip August Bendi entwickelte und bei seinem Auftritt beim Bocuse d'Or 2023 verwendete Schneidewerkzeug erm\u00f6glicht das pr\u00e4zise Schneiden von Gem\u00fcseringen durch schr\u00e4ge Schnitte.
