Mike Klaassen, ehemaliger Bocuse d'Or-Kandidat, kam auf die brillante Idee, eine Farce Mold zu kreieren, die vom klassischen \"Beef Wellington\" inspiriert ist. Arjan Speelman, Chefkoch und Manager des Ciel Blue** im Hotel Okura Amsterdam, gab ihm die M\u00f6glichkeit, diese Idee weiterzuentwickeln. Derzeit ist Mike als Chef de Cuisine im Ciel Blue t\u00e4tig, nachdem er bereits in jungen Jahren umfangreiche Erfahrungen in Restaurants wie dem Restaurant Amber** in Hongkong und The French Laundry*** in Kalifornien gesammelt hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
